- Just a little update. Finally had the rear window reinstalled today. Before
doing so, I installed the new Infinity Kappa 693.3i 6x9 speakers in the rear
tray. What a major pain in the ass! I had to cut about 3/4" extra metal out
of the tray area to make the speakers fit. Guess 6x9's weren't really 6x9's
back in 1970.
Anyway, the rear glass is back in. I'm having someone else come redo the windshield next week. Another pain... They were both installed incorrectly. The front is butted against the rivets for the windshield moldings, so there is no way to get the clips on. Joy... I'll have that fixed soon, and I unfortunately expect to have to get a replacement glass in the process (no way this one is coming out in one piece!).
